Per-URL index status

Every URL gets tracked individually — indexed, submitted (crawled but not confirmed), failed, or excluded. Filter and sort by any status across all three engines.

Automatic re-checking

Enable auto-submit and Indexaro continuously scans your sitemap, submits new URLs, and re-checks previously submitted pages — without manual intervention.

Coverage trend charts

View indexing trends over time. Spot drops in indexed count, track pages moving from pending to indexed, and identify persistent failures that need investigation.

Multi-engine index checker

Check indexing on Google, Bing, and Yandex from one dashboard. Bing matters for DuckDuckGo, Copilot, and ChatGPT browsing surfaces.

Bulk URL monitoring

Submit hundreds or thousands of URLs and monitor them all. Ideal for e-commerce catalogs, agency client sites, and content-heavy publishers.

Alerts on status changes

See when pages drop out of the index or get stuck in pending. Re-submit failed URLs directly from the dashboard.

Common questions

How do I check if my website is indexed?

The quickest manual check is site:yourdomain.com in Google. For accurate per-URL status, use Google Search Console URL Inspection or an automated index checker like Indexaro that queries each engine's APIs.

How does Indexaro's index checker work?

Indexaro uses Google's URL Inspection API (via Search Console access) to query actual indexing status. For Bing and Yandex, it uses their respective webmaster APIs.

How often is indexing status checked?

Status checks run automatically every 6 hours on Pro plans for URLs that have been in "submitted" status for more than 1 hour.

What is the difference between submitted and indexed?

Submitted means Indexaro sent the URL to the search engine API and received confirmation. Indexed means the engine confirmed the page is in its index via URL inspection.

Can I check if a specific page is indexed?

Yes. Submit any individual URL and Indexaro returns its indexing status across Google, Bing, and Yandex. Read our guide on checking if your website is indexed for manual methods.
