Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with Indexaro. If you're not happy, we'll do our best to make it right. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. This applies to new subscriptions only (not renewals or plan upgrades).
To request a refund within this window, email [email protected] with your account email and order ID.
Free Trial
All new accounts receive a 7-day Pro trial at no charge. No payment information is required for the trial. You will only be billed if you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.
Renewals
Monthly subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. However, if you contact us within 48 hours of a renewal charge and have not significantly used the Service during that period, we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
Annual Plans
If you are on an annual plan (when available), you may request a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused months if you cancel within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable.
EU / UK Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, provided you have not made use of the Service during that period. By actively using the Service after purchase, you expressly consent to waiving this right.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
- Charges resulting from plan upgrades after the first billing cycle
- Add-on purchases or API overage fees (if applicable)
- Renewals more than 48 hours old (outside of special circumstances)
How to Request a Refund

- Your account email address
- The Stripe invoice or payment ID (found in your dashboard under Billing)
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
