Is a credit card required for the trial?
Pro trial checkout asks for a card so the trial can convert if you keep Pro. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid a charge.
What happens when the trial ends?
If a card is on file and you have not canceled, you move to paid Pro. Otherwise your account stays on or returns to Free. Your data and websites are preserved.
What is Discovery Index?
Discovery Index is pay-as-you-go crawl discovery. Buy credits, paste HTTPS URLs — no DNS, Search Console, or service account. It is not the same as submitting via the Google Indexing API for a verified site.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing dashboard at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. Discovery credits never expire.
Do you guarantee indexing?
No. Indexaro helps search engines discover or receive your URLs. Indexing decisions are made entirely by Google, Bing, and Yandex. We cannot guarantee any URL will be crawled or indexed.
What is "pool-scaled" Google submissions?
On the Agency plan, we use multiple Google Cloud service accounts in a rotation pool. Each SA handles 200 submissions/day. The more SAs in the pool, the higher the daily capacity — up to 1,600/day with 8 SAs.
Do you offer annual billing?
