Eligibility-aware API

Managed eligible notifications

Manage authentication and request history for Google-supported job and livestream pages. Unsupported page types stay out of the API queue.

Sitemap monitoring

Connect a sitemap so Indexaro detects new and updated canonical URLs for health checks and Search Console monitoring.

Real-time status dashboard

See which URLs are indexed, submitted, pending, failed, or excluded — updated automatically every few hours on Pro plans.

Bulk and REST API

Upload CSV batches for catalog migrations or integrate into your deploy pipeline via REST API. Pro and Agency plans include full API access.

Three-engine workflows

Use verified Google data, supported IndexNow notifications, and Yandex workflows without assuming one API applies to every engine.

Quota visibility

Track configured Google project quota for approved eligible use. Additional credentials do not change page-type eligibility.

Common questions

What is a Google indexing service?

A responsible service monitors verified Google indexing data and may manage Indexing API notifications for eligible JobPosting and livestream BroadcastEvent pages. It should not claim the API supports arbitrary URLs.

How is this different from Search Console?

Search Console is the authoritative source for verified Google indexing data and manual inspection. The Indexing API is a separate, eligibility-limited notification API.

Does Indexaro guarantee my pages will be indexed?

No. No submission or monitoring service controls Google’s crawl, indexing, or ranking decisions.

Do I need my own GCP account?

Direct Google Indexing API use requires a configured Google Cloud project and authorized service account for an eligible property. Public URL health checks and Search Console monitoring do not use that submission quota.

Who is this for?

Teams monitoring many verified sites, plus job boards and livestream publishers that have eligible Google Indexing API pages.
