Terms of Service

By accessing or using Indexaro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Indexium Labs ("we", "us", or "our"), the company behind Indexaro.

Indexaro is a search engine indexing automation platform that enables users to submit URLs to Google, Bing, and Yandex via their respective APIs, monitor indexing status, and automate sitemap-based submissions. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse the free trial is prohibited.
• You may not share your account with others.

You agree not to:

• Submit URLs you do not own or have authorization to index
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls
• Use the Service to submit spam, malware, or illegal content to search engines
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated scripts to create accounts or abuse free trials
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
• Violate Google, Bing, or Yandex Webmaster Guidelines

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and auto-renew unless cancelled.
• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Downgrading your plan takes effect at the next billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

New accounts receive a 7-day Pro trial automatically upon registration. No payment method is required for the trial. At the end of the trial, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan unless you have subscribed to a paid plan. Trial abuse (creating multiple accounts to extend the trial) is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

Important: Indexaro submits URL indexing requests to search engine APIs. We do not guarantee that any URL will be crawled, indexed, or ranked by any search engine. Indexing decisions are made entirely at the discretion of Google, Bing, Yandex, and other search engines. Indexaro is not responsible for any search engine refusing to index your content.

The Service, including software, design, and documentation, is owned by Indexium Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content and data you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your data to search engine APIs on your behalf.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indexium Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve any particular result in search engine indexing.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraud, or abuse. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
